Plant Pop-Ups for New Americans
To support our diverse gardening community, Garden Project will host three special Plant Pop-Ups for New American neighbors offering culturally-familiar plant and seed varieties.
All distributions will be held at Hill Community Center, 5815 Wise Rd., Lansing, MI 48911.
Southeast Asia
9 – 11 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024
Nepal and Bhutan
Noon – 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024
Africa and Middle East
10 a.m. – Noon Saturday, May 25, 2024
NOTE: Gardeners at Roots Community Garden will receive plants and seeds on Monday, May 27.
