Between November 15th and 19th, Auto-Owners Insurance is matching online giving to Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB) up to a total of $10,000, helping your donated dollars go even farther!
We have a lot to be thankful for during the holidays, but for some of our neighbors who struggle to keep food on the table, holiday meals and anything extra can feel entirely out of reach. We are currently seeing a 35 percent increase for adults and a 40 percent increase for children in the rates of food insecurity in the United States, the largest one-year increase in food insecurity since 2008. This mirrors what GLFB has seen and heard across our mid-Michigan community.
Together with your support and Auto-Owners’ generous match, we can provide up to 60,000 meals this Thanksgiving for neighbors experiencing hunger.
