Garden Project is hosting a four-part workshop series aimed at helping community garden leadership teams gain the necessary skills to help their gardens thrive.
 
Join us to acquire vital leadership skills, access local resources and startup money. Participants will network, share wisdom and plan for successful community gardening projects. These interactive workshops are designed for both seasoned garden managers and those brand-new to the scene… they are for anyone who wants to help their community garden find success.
 
March 7 – Team Leadership in a Community Garden: Utilizing everyone’s strengths
March 14 – Cultivating Community: Helpful garden rules and how to deal with conflict
March 21 – Starting Strong: The 7 essentials tools of garden leadership
March 28 – Crucial infrastructure for sustainable and productive gardens
