Host a food or fund drive!
Hosting a food or fund drive is a fun, hands-on way to involve your friends, family or coworkers in the fight to end hunger. A food drive collects nonperishable food donations and a fund drive collects monetary donations. Getting started is easy:
- Choose a food or fund drive, or do a combination of both!
- Select dates. Make sure to give yourself time to plan and promote.
- Set a goal. Working toward a goal is a good way to measure success and celebrate your efforts.
- Promote your food or fund drive. Use social media and send out group emails to help spread the word. Be sure to tag GLFB on social media!
