ELF Community Garden

Plots available to the general public. Established in 2002, this small garden beautifies the northwest corner of Oakland Rd. and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., allowing neighborhood residents to grow their own food. Land is owned by Mid-Michigan Recovery Services and we greatly appreciate their support. More

Garden Project Demonstration Garden

The Demo Garden is home to many plantings and techniques, including a donation garden. Perennials are cultivated for display and sharing with the community through group gardens and events like our Perennial Exchange. Established as a community garden in 2011, neighbors remember the house and family that once occupied the now cultivated Ingham County Land Bank parcel.
