LANSING, MI – Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB) is pleased to announce the board leadership for fiscal year 2021-2022: Nikali Luke, Chair (Simplified Tax & Accounting Service PC), Leslie A. Brogan, Vice-Chair (Comcast), Ken Klein, Treasurer (Northbrook Investment Management) and Lavon Dennis, Secretary (Coverys). GLFB also welcomes new board members: Mona Deliwala (Jackson®), Katie Kelley (CATA) and Meghan Vanderstelt (Michigan State University). The new leadership and members will provide strategic direction for continued growth around GLFB’s mission – partner to alleviate hunger one meal at a time, to create a future where everyone has access to nourishing food.

Mona Deliwala is a director of IT at Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson®), a leading provider of retirement solutions. She has a Master of Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and a Master of Science in statistical computing from the University of Central Florida.
Katie Kelley began her career as a CATA bus operator and Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) Local 1039 member in June of 1992. She became the first woman to hold an elected office in the union in 1999 as a union representative in the operations department. Katie was elected financial secretary of ATU Local 1039 in 2002, a position she held until being elected president from 2015-2020 and is still driving buses and is an active member of her local.
Meghan Sifuentes Vanderstelt is the director of the Health Policy Unit at Michigan State University’s Institute for Health Policy. She has more than a decade of experience working in state government. She specializes in Medicaid policy, health information technology and health information exchange and health and human service integration. She holds undergraduate teaching degrees in History and Spanish and a Master of Public Administration, both from Western Michigan University.
Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB) is a nonprofit organization that provides emergency food to individuals and families in need throughout mid-Michigan, in Clare, Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ingham, Isabella and Shiawassee counties.
