Drive 4 UR Community raises $2,600

Drive 4 UR Community, a local event sponsored by the Ford Motor Company, recently raised $2,600 to fight hunger in our communities. The event took place on March 24 at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln.

“We were excited to team up with the Greater Lansing Food Bank in order to give back to the local community,” said Carly Manalac, Digital Marketing Assistant at the dealership.

Launched by Ford in 2012, the event paired Ford and Ford Lincoln dealers with local community organizations to host a test-drive event. For each person who completed a test drive, Ford donated $20 to the selected organization. This year, there were 130 test drives at the Grand Ledge dealership.

The event was organized by Michigan State University’s Ford College Ambassadors.
